There are few places on earth as striking as Ilulissat, Greenland. This remote town is home to some of the largest icebergs in the world, drifting silently through the waters of Disko Bay. During my visit, I also had the chance to observe whales in their natural habitat.
These photos capture a small piece of Ilulissat’s beauty, from the sharp, jagged edges of the icebergs to the quiet presence of the whales.
