Hello and welcome to my gallery!
I’m Raphael, but my friends call me raphijoe. When I’m not sitting in the office, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors. I’m lucky to call Switzerland my home with all the variety of landscapes on such a small area - a perfect playground for every lover of the outdoors. So it’s no surprise that many photos on this website were taken in the Swiss Alps.
Since my trip to Iceland in 2019, I carry my camera around whenever I’m on a hike, a trip or any other kind of adventure. Photography has become a passion, which allows me to capture and appreciate the beauty of the world we live in.
However, my photography would not be where it is today without my family and friends, who have accompanied me along the way (sometimes quite literally). Thank you all for your patience waiting for the perfect light, your sweat on our hikes, your feedback and every other kind of support.
